Ingredients for 4 people)


800 g of snapper

150 g of green and black DOP olives La Bella della Daunia

200 g cherry tomatoes

300 g potatoes

White wine

Extra virgin olive oil

Parsley, pepper, salt, garlic




Pour a pit of extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick pan and prepare a sauce with chopped garlic, parsley, green and black olives, suitably pitted and cut into rounds. Salt and pepper. After about five minutes add the snapper in the pan, pour the wine and cook everything for about 10-15 minutes. Cook the potatoes in water. Finally serve the fish with the sauce, decorated with potatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives.
