NATURAL OLIVES BELLA DI CERIGNOLA variety

The olives are stored in brine for at least eight months, where they lose most of the bitterness and acquire the characteristic color varying from mustard to brown. The olives therefore undergo a pasteurization heat treatment which guarantees the consumer a safe product, with constant organoleptic, olfactory and visual characteristics for a period of three years.

Olives, water, salt; acidity regulator: citric acid

Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding heat sources. Once opened, the product should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 15 days.

Suitable for enriching first courses and second courses based on meat.
